We are a talented team of professional, qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. We take direct referrals from school nurses, GPs, social workers and families.

We are qualified to deliver a range of therapies and interventions such as:

  • Dyadic Development Psychotherapy (DDP)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Systemic Family Therapy

Underpinning all our work is the importance of attachment relationships and all our work is informed by attachment based therapy.

Working With Parents

A Time 4 You also works with parents, and families, carers to help them cope with the difficulties in their own lives.  One/one confidential counselling is offered either during or after school hours to suit. We actively encourage positive relationships and shared goals between, the school, the young person and/or parents/carers.  We also work hard to help all understand the difficulties coping with Teenagers and Young people can bring.  Talk to us about our Nurturing Attachment training parenting groups.
