How to give Feedback

As part of our dedication to improving the quality of our sercices, we welcome suggestions or feedback around our threapy service development and improvement.  If you would like to raise any concern or make a complaint about any aspect of our services, please email us direct under 'contact us'.  We have a written complaints policy and in the unlikely event of any allegations, complaints or concerns made against any counsellor or therapist witin A Time 4 You Child and Family Psychological Services, the Counselling Service Director or her appointee should be informed as soon as possible and will work in conjuction with the School/Academy or Local Authority to resolve any outstanding issues in accordance with the protocol outlined in our Complaints Policy and the protocol outlined in the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).  Complaints will be dealt with through A Time 4 You complaints policy, a copy of which is available on our website or can be made available to you on request.  Childen and young people and families will be informed of how to make a complaint should they wish to do so and A Time 4 You will investigate and aim to resolve any such complaint.
